Spoke to Guy in the office who assisted us by sending Chris to fix a newly installed light by another contractor. Guy was an absolute legend. 10 pm on a Saturday night , power board shorted my electricity . Guy was friendly as and talked me through the power box and I flipped a switch and all working again. Best of all did not charge me . Would definitely recommend !!!!!

Had an electrical problem in the restaurantWent through 2 electricians(popular reviews, but did nothing about finding the problem and charged for doing nothing) before we called ATD Electrical. I've been in construction for a while so can tell the guys that give excuses to try and charge more for things that were not needed. I also had a good idea what the fault was.ATD came exactly when they said they would, which is rare these days. He then assessed the fault and tested till he found the problem. Very professional with a minimum of interference with our staff service. It's hard finding trades that are good at their job. The price was very reasonable for the works done.I waited a couple weeks before writing a review to ensure the problem was fixed and its all good. It's rare for me to recommend a trade. But I cannot praise ATD Electrical enough. If you need an electrician these are the guys to get.

ATD replaced the cable on my car charger (a warranty job). It was a fairly straight-forward task, but what stood out was the effort that Guy in the office went to to schedule the work as soon as the replacement was available. I let him know when the cable arrived, and there was an electrician at my house within 24 hours to switch it out. Great service.

I highly recommend ATD Electrical for both emergency and general work. I’ve engaged them 4 times recently. Twice for emergency work (2021 and 2023) and twice for general work (2019 and 2023). From the moment the phone is answered (quite quickly and 24/7) to the tidying up by the electricians just before they leave, it’s as a professional organisation as you’ll find anywhere.Guy, who took my calls with the emergencies, will organise what’s needed while you wait or ring back with attendance details within a few minutes. Chris and Annie, who fixed my most recent emergency and, separately, attended to some long needed general work, go about their business competently, efficiently and pleasantly. I am very happy with ATD service, as I went from having a dead electrical oven to a working one (wife is happy, as well) and the locking function, after the power outage in east Wollongong on the 3rd of May, became stuck in that mode, as well. ATD were able to disable the locking mode on oven, and also observed that the power plug had the wrong tooth (potential fire hazard, if it shorted out) and replace it, there and then.

We hired an emergency generator used on 1 cargo ship from this company. They were extremely efficient and professional. Bathroom extraction fan installed.I had to defer the job a few times because of the nature of my work. They worked with me each time to set a new date. On the install day the 3 technicians were polite, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. No shortcuts on the job either. Very professional. The team at ATD Electrical were fantastic. On realising that we were getting the house painted they removed all fittings for easy access. They then explained ‘special electrical features’ they found and why they should be rectified. They have always communicated well (different options and pricing), turned up on time, stayed late to complete the job and even cleaned up mess that had been left by the painter. Highly recommend ATD Electrical.
